I have a 30-year background in providing top-quality paralegal services to individuals, law firms and corporate legal departments. I have also provided legal assistant and administrative support which adds to my ability to handle all of my clients’ needs.

My paralegal experience is in many areas of law and my expertise is in civil litigation and divorce/family law. I also draft wills, powers of attorney, promissory notes and contracts. I have drafted hundreds of pleadings, motions, contracts and other legal documents and forms. I am a licensed Illinois Notary Public as well.

As a paralegal, I have worked on litigation and divorce/family law cases from commencement of the matter with drafting motions/petitions, responses and replies, and editing briefs, to discovery and depositions, and through settlement and/or mediation, pretrial preparation, trial preparation and appeals. I have daily communications with court clerks, judges’ clerks, and judges so I have a good understanding of how the back office of the court system works.
